NATURAL YOU POLICIES
We put a lot of effort and care in creating the best possible customer experience and providing the highest level of professional care for you. We work very hard so you can see the results that you deserve and give you our time and support. We customize our sessions and treatments for you and what you need, and we hope that you can appreciate that. Accordingly, we require that you read our policies acknowledging full understanding of them prior to receiving any aesthetic/medical services.
If this is your initial consultation with us, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample check-in time, as you will need to fill out intake and client consent forms depending on the treatment or sessions you are interested in. Upon request, we can email you the forms to you to save on time.
All minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian give signed consent acknowledging that they understand the treatment and give full consent. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the behavior of their child/children and assist us in keeping this a calm environment.
Certain treatments or sessions may not be advisable for all clients, so please be sure to inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, nursing, allergies, peacemaker, intrauterine devices (IUD), medications, or special requests when you book your appointment.
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the client and should be kept in your possession at all times. Natural You shall not responsible for lost or damaged items.
B) SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
We kindly request that all clients understand that changes in scheduled services need to take place 24 hours before the session. While most times we may be able to accommodate the change, occasionally we are unable to do so given the amount of time scheduled and change in set-up. Please understand that changes are subject to other clients’ prior appointments and Natural You’s own policies.
We kindly ask our clients to arrive 5-10 minutes before the beginning of their appointments so that we may start the session on time. A late arrival may result in a reduction of your session time if needed to accommodate other patients with appointments after yours. If you are late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full session, but please understand this may not always be possible based on our schedule. Depending on how late you arrive, we will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day. In any event, if you are late beyond 15 minutes, your session may be canceled, and you will be charged a late cancelation fee of $25.00 or forfeit the session or sessions within your treatment which will result in a reduction of the remaining sessions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your appointment is reserved exclusively just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us within at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A failure to do so will result in the following:
Late Cancellations: Clients attempting to cancel an appointment within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of $25.00.
No-Shows: Clients who are not present for their appointment or do not cancel within the allotted time (24 hours) will be considered a No-Show, and will result in a charge of a No-Show fee of $50.00.
You authorize us to charge any Late Cancellation and No-Show fees to the credit card on file immediately upon verification of the Late Cancellation or No-Show. Clients may also be required to make a deposit up to 50% of the cost of the treatment or program, or to hold future appointments with a credit card that will be charged in the event of another Late Cancellation or No-Show.
A continued history of No-Shows may result in a dismissal from Natural You and forfeit of any prepaid treatments or programs as well as all limited-time pricing offers, monthly special promotions, discounts or coupons. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our policies hereunder. Consultation visits that are repeatedly cancelled will count towards the patient’s no-show record and may result in refusal to schedule future appointments. In accordance with state guidelines, a patient may be discharged from the practice following three (3) no-shows in a one-year period (365 Days). This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability for our patients. Please note, by scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy.
C) PAYMENT & PRICING
PAYMENT, PRICING, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Client shall be responsible for full and timely payment of their services rendered and products purchased. Payment will be expected before or at the time of service for all charges toward current treatment, session or product, as well as any previous balances (for example, Late Cancellation, No-Show fees, etc.). We accept cash and all major credit cards. Gratuity for our programs and treatments is never expected, but always appreciated.
Although we make every effort to keep our website, Facebook, Instagram and service list menu properly updated, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
Clients who have locked in the promotional price of one of our treatments or programs by making the payment before the expiration of the promotion as described in the promotion language, shall have a period of up to two months from the date of payment to pay the balance of the treatment or program at the promotional price. Beyond the two-month period the client will forfeit the promotional price and the promotion shall be considered expired. The client will however be allowed to use the prepaid funds as a credit towards any other treatment at full price.
We do not offer refunds. Prepaid or booked treatments, advance or downpayments, programs and session packages, guaranteed or not, initiated or not, completed or not, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best achieve the desired outcome your level of satisfaction cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments or sessions if the ones requested are not available or do not render the results expected. Under no circumstance will refunds be issued for services rendered.
Given the personal character of all products sold at Natural You we will not accept any returns of products purchased by clients.
We have a variety of exclusive memberships. The details for each membership will be outlined in the relevant section of your contract. You will be charged the membership fee at the beginning of each month. Memberships are typically enrolled for either 3, 6 or 12 months at a time.
We do accept Groupon appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this policy.
INTERRUPTION, EARLY CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to interrupt, cancel and terminate any session, treatment, or package and dismiss the client from center at any time with no other obligation than to refund the prorated cost of any pending sessions or time for any reasons including but not limited to lack of proper manners, disorderly conduct, disobey or not follow Natural You´s client instructions and guidelines, attempt to sell or promote other products or services, etc.
EXPECTATIONS AND OUTCOMES
We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how your body may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
